Two furnished double rooms are available in a friendly, relaxed home in Tyn-Y-Morfa Gwespyr, between Prestatyn and Talacre and approximately five minutes’ drive from Prestatyn.

• Smaller double room – £550 per month
• Larger double room – £600 per month

Both prices are fully inclusive of council tax, electricity, water, oil heating and EE Full Fibre 900 internet. There are no additional household bills to pay.

Off-road parking is available, and you will have full use of the shared kitchen, lounge, garden and other communal areas. I want whoever moves in to feel comfortable using the house as their home, while still having their own private space.

I’m Mark, a friendly, easy-going and respectful live-in landlord. I’m good company and happy to have a chat, but I also understand the importance of privacy and personal space.

I have my two children staying with me one night during the week and every other weekend. They are well-mannered and used to a calm home environment.

A parent with one child would also be very welcome. As I have children myself, I understand family life, and we can discuss whether one room or both rooms would suit you best.

This is a comfortable and friendly home rather than a busy or crowded house share. I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate who wants somewhere they can properly settle and feel at home. It isn’t a party house, and smoking is not permitted inside.
