A relaxed home very close to the centre of Wrexham

I have a room to let on the top floor of my large home in the heart of Wrexham city centre. Within walking distance are all facilities including Tescos, Eagles Meadow, numerous restaurants and takeaways, the university, public transport and the world famous football club.

The room has fitted wardrobes, a double bed with bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a desk. The room has a smart tv for use, too. The rental includes use of the lounge, dining room, well kitted out kitchen, fair use of utilities and super-fast broadband.

I have two short haired domestic cats, so I am looking for someone who will be fine with them being around the house. There is a walled garden to the rear of the house which will also be available to use, even for the occasional barbecue, when we get some decent weather.

I am happy to consider short term lets, but ideally am looking for something longer term. It would be perfect for a student or young professional, but I am open to anyone if we get along together.
