The property is a large town house, situated on a quite street, with street parking. It boasts a spacious outside area and secure back yard. The property is in a great location close to town, shopping, Errdig Parkland, amenities and also has good transport links.

There is a shared kitchen with a double oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer plus additional fridge. There is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

In addition to the shared kitchen, the room has a kitchenette- kettle/microwave and fridge. The en-suite is also newly renovated.
The room is spacious and has storage for two people to share.

This room is available for couples (two occupants) at a rate of £700 per month.
