I also have one newly refurbished double room with ensuite bathroom and extra living area for belongings or food preparation, this room is for double occupancy. The price is Inclusive of all bills.

The property is a large town house, situated on a quite street, with street parking. It boasts a spacious outside area and secure back yard. The property is in a great location close to town, shopping, Errdig Parkland, amenities and also has good transport links.

There is a shared kitchen with a double oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer plus additional fridge. There is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Both rooms have private bathroom facilities.
