Room in period cottage in Bwlchgwyn village, 5 miles (10 mins drive) from central Wrexham on the A525 Ruthin Road. Bus (regular service) stops outside.

Nice double sized bedroom, quiet, away from the road, with a single bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, easy chair and desk. Shared use of bathroom, kitchen/large dining room and patio/garden. The room has lovely, far reaching views across open countryside.

Beautiful rural location in a safe and friendly village with stunning scenery and fantastic walking and cycling routes nearby.

Would suit a quiet person who appreciates nature and tranquillity. Home shared with female owner who is mostly (but not totally) vegetarian. There is no microwave. Eco-friendly household, the garden is organic. Owner currently working part time from home.

(There is currently one other male occupant who stays overnight two nights a week) while working away from home.
