I am looking for a professional female to share my home, someone who likes a home to be clean and tidy. The bedroom has had new carpet and just recently been decorated.

We are very close to the bus routes which are just outside the property, the train is just 5 mins walk away it takes you to Wrexham or Liverpool, 20 mins walk to the university or 5 mins in the car and 5 mins to maelor hospital, 5 mins walk to Lidl, 10 mins walk to Iceland and Home Bargains. It is very close to the dual carriageway to Chester, and not far to wrexham industrial estate.

Optical Fibre Internet and all bills are included. You will have access to your own fridge and freezer. We also hsve a library where you can relax with a good book. There is a shared living room but I also have my own living space in the house plus my own bathroom.

Accessible to everywhere., even train is 5 minutes walk from Gwersyllt direct to Liverpool. You even have access to your own garden.
