I have a spacious recently decorated double bedroom with king size bed and solid wood furniture in my 4 bed detached house on a friendly private estate on the edge of Wrexham. It is walking distance to Wrexham Maelor Hospital, close to Morrisons supermarket, beautiful Erddig Country Park, and 1 mile from the A483 Wrexham bypass, offering easy access to Wrexham Industrial Estate. It is 20 mins walking distance into the town centre with busy pubs shops and restaurants.
There is a large airy kitchen with double range-style cooker, American fridge-freezer with ice machine, and washing machine. The shared lounge has a gas fire, comfy sofas, and TV with Sky. There is fibre broadband and gas central heating throughout the house.
There is also a conservatory, and a paved garden with covered outside area. If you're a smoker, I'm happy for you to smoke but strictly only outside.
You must like dogs as I have three very friendly mutts who visit from time to time.
Your room overlooks a peaceful wooded area to the rear of the house with a path leading to Erddig.
You have your own separate en suite with shower and if you like a bath there is one in the large shared bathroom.
There is a long drive which will take 3 cars.
I have one bedroom, plus there is one other lodger who stays Monday to Friday, and there is also a double guest room which can be 'rented' for an occasional night if you want somebody to stay.
All lodgers must agree to a full CRB check (condition of my work) and provide information for credit checks etc. I have had several lodgers who can provide references for me if you wish and I am a member of the National Landlords Association and a Registered Landlord with Rent Smart Wales. Sorry but I can't accept couples due to HMO rental regulations.
