Double & Single Room Bodmin

Shared living room

I have 2, furnished rooms to rent in my bungalow.
One is a double room & the other is a single room (although technically I have fitted a double bed in there, the room itself is quite small - I'll be adding photos shortly).
I'm not necessarily looking to fill both rooms, it just depends on compatibility and the situation.
I work away, so most of you'll have the place to yourself.
Apologies if it is relevant to you, but I am not currently considering couples, pets or smokers.

I am in the process of modernising, however, the kitchen and living room are already done (shared areas), as are the 2 bedrooms in question.

There's plenty of off-road parking, an enclosed rear garden and it's right next to the Camel Trail.
The lounge has a TV and WiFi is included.
There is also both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
All household bills are included in the rent.

My sister has recently moved out, so I'm in the process now of sorting out what she's left behind and doing some maintenance to make the place ready for a new lodger / lodgers. Otherwise, I'm fairly flexible on dates.
