Room in separate annexe in Family home

Myrtle Cottage

We are in Carleen in an old cottage with a separate entranced annexe.
My family and I live in the main part of the house, therefore we are looking for someone who will happily live around our family , myself, partner and 11 year old twins, and enjoy the home and gardens as much as we do.

We are looking for a professional, polite and respectful person, who enjoys country living, ideally who works during the day, as we both work from home but not essential.

The room offers a nice light tranquil bedroom with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom.
It has a double bed, small table and two chairs, kettle, chest of drawers, two good sized cupboards, Wi- Fi and lovely views of the garden.
The room is separate, with its own entrance, giving you your own privacy. Bills are included.

We have a lovely large garden and courtyard and plenty of parking spaces available to use.

The use of the kitchen and washing machine is shared with the main house, generally that's really the only time you will see us.

We are 10 minutes from Praa Sands beach, 10 minutes to Porthleven and Helston and 5 minutes from Godolphin house and woods, a lovely walk from the property.
There is a bus stop and post box directly outside the property.

The room is available to view and move in from 20th June.
This is potentially a maximum 4 months rent, with a possible review and extension.
