Double Room available for rent

Double Room to rent in Clean & tidy household.
All bills included. Parking space. Freshly Decorated Room.
All amenities. Walking distance to shops, bus routes, town centre and beaches. Quiet, safe area. South facing garden.
I have two French bulldogs, I keep them in check at home and take them to work with me, however that said, you must be good with dogs. I’m easy going, will just expect that the shared spaces are always kept clean, tidy and the dogs are respected. Reasonable noise levels are fine up until about midnight, then we settle everything down. Smoking is fine outside, I'm 420friendly, don't mind vapes in bedroom.
*Can add furniture to room for clothing storage if required further down the line.
