Double Room to rent in well kept Clean & tidy household. All bills included. Parking space. Freshly Decorated Room. All amenities. Walking distance to shops, bus routes, town centre and beaches. Quiet, safe area. South facing garden. I have two French bulldogs, I keep them in check. However that said, you must be good with dogs. House is settled around midnight. So will suite a day worker. Dogs come with me to work etc. I’m easy going if the house is kept secure and tidy, I don’t mind music/tv noise etc until 11pm. Treat the room like your own but we wind down around 11pm If the dogs are respected and the house looked after, a longer let is considered.
