Double room to rent

Room is actually far bigger than that shown, but the double room to rent is currently being re decorated.
Bedroom shown is mine and is about half the size of room for rent which is large enough for lounge area as well as double bed.
Working person preferred
Parking space, south facing garden.
Cul de sac semi detached house.
Near Morrisons.
Ten min walk to town.
I have a French bulldog.
Never have parties or anything but do often have music playing etc.
Obviously not through the night.
Room can be rented long term to right person, but will be on a one month basis to start with.
Smoking is fine outside.
Must like dogs and be clean & tidy!!!
