Large Double Room - Walking Distance to Train

I have a large double room to rent in my home. The room has a single bed and other furnishings. All bills included.
There is shared use of the bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher, but I would prefer to keep the lounge private. However, there is ample space in the rented room for a small sofa if required.
I would prefer a professional person in fulltime work.
I am flexible and would consider someone wanting Monday - Friday only due to their work commitments.
The property is ideally situated for the GWR train service from Bugle making the room idea for commuters.
Although there is no off street parking there is ample on-road parking in very close vacinity.
Strictly, no drink or drug use on the premises.
