Double room in calstock

A furnished double room, that views over the garden and back field. It comes with parking and access to the garden. You'll have your own fridge and food storage in a large shared kitchen / dinner. There is a shared bathroom and you will be able to use the communal lounge until 9pm. There is space to dry clothes in a utility room.

There is wifi and a desk in the room if you need to work from home some of the time. Desk and chair is optional.

I don't eat meat and would prefer to live with someone who was vegan, vegetarian or only cooks meat occasionally.

I am looking for a friendly face who wants some contact but also likes their own space. Liking folk / reggae / local theatre would be an added bonus.

I would like the house to be kept clean and tidy.

I have two pets, 1 cat and 1 dog.

Calstock is s gorgeous, friendly, village with beautiful walks along the river or in the woods. It also has a range of social activities on offer including a cafe, social club, two pubs, a village hall, an arts centre and an ice cream shop.

Calstock is very well connected with a good train service to Plymouth, and a bus service to Callington and Tavistock.
