This is ground floor fully self contained (within a large Victorian house) with a living-kitchen (note it’s a mini kitchen; with 2 hobs, fridge, microwave with oven and hob) and an on-suite bedroom.
If you’re looking for a somewhere that’s ready to move into without the hassle of arranging bills, moving furniture then this place makes it easy; even the bed can be made for you.
There’s sound proofing and a shared cleaning and laundry area including a washer/dryer that’s charged to use. There’s a small back yard leading from the bathroom door. This is shared by one other occupant (rarely) and has bins and a washing line. It’s very secure so suitable for a dog.
The place is very close to Aldi, the town, and the bus and train stations.
Please note that the price is for single occupancy and includes a fair amount of electricity. If you want to use a lot of electricity the price will be higher (a counter is installed).

Some furniture is different from that shown in the photos as it gets replaced when needed.

The move in date is flexible between the 16/8/26 and 16/9/26).
