Short Term House Share in Camborne, Cornwall!

Hiya! I'm Leah, I'm looking for another lodger for my house for a short term let, 3-6 months, starting on 1st July! I will be living on and off at my partners place, in my van and in my smaller spare room. I already have a lodger in the house so it will be the three of us so looking for someone who doesn't mind it busy and fits in well 😁

The room is a medium sized double room, has big built in wardrobes for lots of storage space and a king size bed!

All bills included. House is 30 seconds from the nearest bus stop and 10 minute walk to the train station so good for someone who might not drive.

I work for social services and do some working from home, so ideally who ever moves in is a working professional who works out of the house in the day so I can make confidential calls.

Doing a bit of work on parts of the house and garden at the moment but communal areas are good. I will be making some adjustments to the room before July, replacing the ceiling light, curtains, and doing a bit of painting.

It's a nice calm atmosphere in the house, I do a lot of cooking and relaxing at home in the winter but when the sun comes out I'm out most evenings! I'm not OTT on needing things clean, but try to keep things tidy enough! There is parking on the surrounding streets near the house. I have a very needy dog called Cosmo and a little fat cat called Doris so you have to like pets :) Definitely a quiet house, lovely neighbours here too.
