House Share in Camborne, Cornwall!

Hiya! I'm Leah, I'm looking for another house mate to join me in my home. I have had 4 previously and its always been a nice experience!

The room is a medium sized double room, has a clothes rails and chest of drawers and storage under the bed.

All bills included. House is 30 seconds from the nearest bus stop and 10 minute walk to the train station so good for someone who might not drive. There is parking on the roads nearby.

I work for social services and do some working from home, so need who ever moves in to be a working professional who works out of the house in the day as I need to make confidential calls. Not crucial but ideally!

It's a nice calm atmosphere in the house, I do a lot of cooking and relaxing at home in the winter (and watching horror films) but when the sun comes out I like to get out! I'm not OTT on needing things spotless, but we try to keep things clean and tidy enough. Garden needs work currently but should be coming together over Spring/Summer!

I have a very needy dog called Cosmo and a little fat cat called Doris so you have to like pets as they do tend to climb in to bed with people in the mornings :) Definitely a quiet house and not a party house, lovely neighbours here too.
