It’s ideal for single occupancy on a budget but where privacy is valued.
There’s a small bedroom with small double bed and furniture. Then a separate toilet/shower room.
There’s a living space with lovely light bay window over the street. In the same space is mini kitchenette (sink, electric hob, fridge, etc).
It does share a washing machine, dryer, cleaning equipment and front door with 3 quiet, respectful others.
The rent is inclusive of all furniture, equipment, bills and WiFi. The electric use is measured and the rent includes electric upto £40pcm.
Short lets considered though the cost will rise. I’m ideally looking for someone who wants somewhere long term.
Single occupancy only.
It is not a ground floor place so involves stairs.
There’s free on street parking from Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 9am and all day Sunday. Often right outside the door. It’s limited to 30 minutes at other times.
It’s a superb location if you don’t drive as the bus and train station are just a few minutes walk away. Aldi and the shops are also very close.
