The room is for a single person only. Shared Bathroom: Shower, Sink & WC.. Kitchen-Dining area n fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, kettle n toaster. My crockery, cutlery, pots n pans can be used. The driveway, front and rear entrances are covered by CCTV.

This is the Landlord's private home and is a non-smoking, non-vaping and non-drug residence, and no returning to the property intoxicated with alcohol or drugs! There is no objection however to light alcohol consumption inside or to smoking (tobacco) outside.

If you desire a dry comfy room in a relaxed and peaceful home, then this is for you. If however, you want friends or boy-girl-friends to hang around with either in the room or stay over, then you need to find an HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) in which the landlord does not reside or your own self-contained flat. The Government Right to Rent ID checks will need to be carried out regardless of nationality.

The odd person has reneged on their promise to take the room I now insist on a deposit tof £200- to agree the room which will count as part of your first month's rental.
