Light double room in old farmhouse to rent

Furnished small double room with views over fields. There is shared use of bathroom with shower, a good sized kitchen and living room, and a separate TV room. There is also a downstairs toilet and large garden with two workshops.

The house is situated in a small, quiet hamlet between Camborne and Gwithian. There is a family living next door, with whom I get on very well, and all the neighbours are friendly. The nearest train station is Camborne, which is 10 minutes by bike or car from here, or a 40-minute walk. There is a local bus (39) which goes through the nearby village.

The house is shared with the owner who works in arts/heritage and is currently studying in Plymouth. The other person here is a gallery assistant at Tate St Ives. The final occupant is one young cat. Ideally we’d like to share the house with someone from an arts background, but this is not essential. You must, however, like cats :)

It's a friendly, easy-going household and we try to eat together once a week, as we're rarely around at the same time. Apart from bedrooms, all the rooms in the house are shared spaces and ideally I'd like to rent the room to someone who would like to be part of the household.

The rent is £490/month inclusive of all bills, with a £200 security deposit, and it is available from the 1st of March.
