The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, hanging rail, comfortable oversized armchair with T. V and coffee table plus built-in shelves and small cabinet unit. All bedding is provided and it looks out over a small residential carpark surrounded by woodland.
The rest of the house consists of lounge, kitchen and bathroom which is a little on the small side. The kitchen access is through the lounge but any lodger is welcome to come through as often as they wish. Full use of garden which has views over Cawsand Bay.
I have an easy-going nature and the house is generally quite tidy but my dusting skills probably leave a lot to be desired. It is a great place to live during the summer - drinking wine, on the decking, in the garden watching all the boats in the bay.
Village has transport links to Plymouth though own transport is recommended, parking and internet available.
