Double room in rural, coastal location

This is a 200 year old terraced cottage with sea views. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, comfortable oversized armchair and T. V. Plus, coffee table, built-in shelves and small bedside cabinet. All bedding is provided and it looks out over a small residential carpark surrounded by woodland.

The rest of the house consists of lounge, kitchen and bathroom which is a little on the small side. The kitchen access is through the lounge but any lodger is welcome to come through as often as they wish. Full use of garden which has views over Cawsand Bay.

I have an easy-going nature and the house is generally quite tidy but my dusting skills probably leave a lot to be desired. It is a great place to live during the summer - drinking wine, on the decking, in the garden watching all the boats in the bay or frequenting some of the local village pubs.

Village has transport links to Plymouth though own transport is recommended, parking and internet available.
