This is the relaxed, private home of myself and my 13 year old son.

We are looking for a clean, friendly, respectful female lodger (single occupancy only. No couples or males I'm afraid).

You'll have this large room to yourself, including the lounge area.

The ensuite is for your sole use apart from our access to the washing machine and tumble dryer that are located there.

There is an outhouse if you need to store outdoor kit.

Price Inclusive of all bills, inc council tax.

Property would suit working professional.

There is a shared seating area outside and off street parking if you have your own transport. The bus service is 1 min walk away with regular services to Truro and Redruth. The hospital and Truro college are a 10 min bus ride.

Excellent broadband.
