You will have use of a well equipped kitchen with mini oven/ grill/ hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge- freezer. (Note facilities are SHARED with 2 other tenants)
Small bathroom with shower, washbasin and loo.
Accommodation is ideally suited to a respectful non-smoking, single professional, working regular day time hours. (Please do not apply if you work night or evening shifts as won’t work with the household)

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: there is no parking available. Parking is in a public carpark where season tickets can be purchased at reasonable cost..

There is a £200 holding deposit required, along with landlord and employer references.
