Double room in large modern house

I have a medium size double room in my home. You would have use of the main bathroom with a shower, bath, sink and toilet shared with my other lodger. Shared use of the large open plan kitchen and living areas, garden and space on the drive.
I am a 43 year old therapist and maths/science tutor. My son is 7 years old and stays with me 50% of the time. I have 3 ragdoll cats, a shared cava poo dog who is here now and then and 6 guinea pigs.
The house is a very modern open plan detached 4 bed property with 2 downstairs seating areas, an office area, dinning table, large open plan kitchen, utility room, entrance hall, downstairs toilet and garage. There is a large garden with decking looking over the valley, with plenty of off street parking. The village has a pub, shop and post office. It's a lovely area with beautiful walks in the valley accessible from the house. We're close to Looe on the south coast, Bodmin Moor and Liskeard town centre all within 10 minutes drive.
