Lovely spacious room with king size bed on a quiet road, perfect for easy access to town or campus. Fully furnished with built-in wardrobe, plenty of shelving and a desk.

The house has parking and is close to Penmere train station, convenient to bus stops for campus or Truro, and a quick walk to the town centre and the beach.

There is a mature garden with a patio area. The shared areas include a bathroom with bath and shower, additional downstairs toilet, fully-equipped kitchen and open-plan dining and living room with a television and wood-burner.

You will be sharing with me, Leigh, a friendly, artistic professional in my sixties and my sweet tempered 8 year old cat. I'm mainly vegetarian but do eat fish. I'm pretty light on alcohol and try to eat healthily. I would prefer someone similar. I'm often out socialising with friends and when I'm home I enjoy a bit of telly in the evening, reading or listening to music. I'm looking for a considerate female lodger who will be happy sharing the space with me. My ideal is to have a mature student on a post graduate course who needs accommodation for an academic year. Although the room is available in September I'm open to applicants who want something early in the new year.

£600per month (utility, water & broadband included - if not a student then an extra £50 pm to cover council tax)
