All bills are included in the rent, including fast broadband, council tax, utilities and TV licence. A regular cleaner takes care of the communal areas and a gardener maintains the outside space, so the house is always kept in great condition.

This is a friendly, respectful professional house share rather than a party house, so we’re looking for someone who will fit in well and treat the place like home. The location is ideal, with great transport links and easy access to shops, bars and restaurants.
