Gorgeous room with sea views and en suite for rent

Lovely spacious attic room to rent with stunning uninterrupted sea views.. Very large space with en-suite.
Due to roof height this room probably suit someone of 6ft or less.
This room is available to women only, as my dog can be slightly afraid of men.
House is 5 minute walk into town, located just up from the Boathouse pub.
Would suit professional or mature student. Walking distance to town, cycle or bus distance to the Uni.
Must like dogs. On street parking.
Must be prepared to not cook meat.
I’m relatively quiet, and prefer an early rise, so this house would not suit a late night loud person. I’d say that I am friendly, approachable and accommodating, happy to have a chat over a cuppa or a glass of wine, and share the occasional meal.

The room would be available from Oct 1st 2026.
The room would incur a council tax charge of £53 per month if you do not have an exemption. Students generally are exempt.
