Looking for a friendly, tidy professional who wants a home rather than a just a room.

The room is lovely and comes with a wardrobe, desk (different to picture) double bed and bed side table, on looking onto the estate.

The house comes with full fibre 500 broadband direct into the property, Netflix, Sky Go, Ninja Air fryer, coffee machine, NutriBullet, rice cooker, large shared living room and a large garden with outdoor furniture among other things. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utilities for shared use as well.

Not particularly looking for pets but will consider dogs as a big dog lover!

I'm 34, very active and social. I do shift work from home full time so will often be working on some weekends but when I'm not working I'm usually out.
