Double room in beautiful Falmouth home

**A rare opportunity to enjoy a beautiful Falmouth home almost entirely to yourself**

A furnished bedroom is available in my lovely home, just a 15-minute walk (5-minute drive) from Falmouth town centre and close to Penmere Station.

As I work away in Devon/Bath for most of the week, you'll typically have sole use of the house for around five days a week, making this very different from a typical house share.

**Room options (only one room will be let):**

Small furnished double room – £650 pcm (all bills included) with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Large furnished double room – £750 pcm (all bills included) with a double bed and a large fitted wardrobe providing plenty of storage.

You can choose whichever room suits you best, but only one room will be rented, so you'll enjoy the same level of privacy whichever you choose.

You'll also have full use of the spacious living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen, front and back gardens, and plenty of unrestricted on-street parking.

**Short-term let only (maximum 6 months).** Available from September until around April, as I plan to put the house on the market.

I'm looking for a friendly, tidy professional or mature female student who enjoys a peaceful home.

I share my home with three affectionate cats, so it's important that you're an animal lover and happy to feed them while I'm away. My young son occasionally visits, although this is infrequent.
