I am a first year Falmouth University student, looking to sign over my tenancy at Ocean View private student accommodation.

This tenancy is for the next academic year from 13th September 2025 to 4th September 2026. The price is £227 per week and is payed In 4 instalments over the tenancy period.

This is a 4 bed townhouse with an en suite, shared kitchen and an outdoor area only available to students. The shared kitchen is very spacious with a dining table, Wall mounted TV, dishwasher and bean bag chairs. It is great for being on either penryn or Falmouth campus as it is just 2 mins away from the Falmouth docks train station and only a 15 min walk from the Falmouth campus.

Included with the room is a communal gym, cinema room and Newley renovated study space.(all free to use as a tenant of ocean view)

This is a lovely student accommodation and I had a great time living there. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances I will not be able to stay for this tenancy.
