Looking for a 5th housemate

Hi there we've got a room coming available soon in our house for £670/month (bills included and furnished) - photo makes it look smaller so don’t be put off by that. The contract would be Sept 1st 2026- May 31st 2027
Located in central Falmouth, the house has a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, as well as (usually) having parking on the road outside, you will have your own en suite.
The room is a good size with a double bed.
A bit about us:
• We're a mix of second and third year art, musical theatre and business students who all work, so the house is fairly quiet during the week
• We're pretty social, but also respectful of each other's space when needed.
• Ideally looking for undergraduates 2nd/3rd year who graduate 2027 or are willing to move out 2027 as our landlord would like the house back.
