Double room in 4 bed flat in Falmouth

We are 3 university students about to go into our final year looking for a flat mate for our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. The flat is just behind Falmouth town train station, so very central but without the high street noise. We are respectful of noise, especially on week days, but we often go out on Fridays and Saturdays. A few of us have partners who will occasionally visit. If you want to meet up with us first to get to know us a little bit we'd all be happy to, just let me know :).
Bills are included and there is a balcony. As we are all students, we are exempt from council tax, so that is why we are looking for another student.
