This is a lovely house forming part of one of the best neighbourhoods in Falmouth near Gillyngvase Beach. The house is part of a community near Princess Pavillion.
I am looking for two lodges to begin in September when my daughter goes to university.
I have a very old cat and a very loving dog so pet lovers are very preferred. I am self-employed and sometimes my partner will stay over as well. I also stay with him sometimes.
I intend going travelling in January so I am looking for mature lodges who will take good care of my very lovely home. I am a respectful person who likes my own space.
The two bedrooms that I have on offer are on the first floor of the house and there is a bathroom between them to be shared. In addition, there is a spacious outside shower and a downstairs cloakroom. There is also a sitting room for you to share and you are welcome to use my sitting room when I am not there. I am looking for people who are mature and respectful of my house you would also have to look after a cat whilst I am away but that only involves feeding her and emptying her litter tray.
This is not a party house but more suited to someone who likes the outdoors.
