We have a self-contained garden studio apartment available for July and August 2026. The Studio comprises a spacious open-plan living area, along with a kitchen and shower room.

Myself and my husband own The Studio and it is part of our home – we live above in the main house.

- Available from 1 July until 28 August 2026.
- Single occupancy only.
- £950 pm including all bills and wifi supplied.
- Laundry facilities included.
- Will consider part months if a shorter duration in required.
- No smoking or pets.
- £495 security deposit is required.
- Rent is payable monthly in advance.

The Studio is fully furnished and equipped, and comprises:

- Large open-plan living space with bedroom, lounge and study area, furnished, decorated and maintained to a high specification.

- Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, desk and chair, sofa, bistro dining table and stools, coffee table and 19″ smart TV.

- Fully-fitted kitchen with electric oven and grill, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

- Kitchen comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, pot and pans, and utensils.

- Fully-fitted shower room with large shower, basin, toilet, towel rail and mirror.

- Private entrance and access. Small garden space outside entrance door. Free on-street parking available.
