Lodger wanted in newly decorated Falmouth home!

The house is a 3 bedroom house situated a 15 minute walk to Falmouth town centre, and a 10 minute walk to Swanpool beach.

You'll be living with Rebecca (me, hello!) who will be at the house for 50% of the time and then away in London for work the rest of the time. You'll also be living with two gorgeous cats, Tom and Nena - so being an animal lover is a must.

The 3 bedroom house has the following:
- A master bedroom
- A bedroom for the tenant
- An office (which was the third bedroom)
- A brand-new bathroom
- A kitchen with a dining room
- A living room
- A spacious garden
- A driveway for two cars

This is has been our family home forever, so somebody who is clean and respectful is an absolute must. The perfect lodger would be somebody who wants to chat in the evenings for a little while, happy to hang out sometimes, but is generally quite independent and is happy to do their own thing.

The lodger would also ideally be a working professional who works out of the house - but there is an office so it isn't a dealbreaker if somebody works from home.
