Bottom floor bedroom in shared house

House is situated overlooking the sea, has a lovely garden and parking space on the street. The available room is on the bottom floor next to the living space and looking out to the street, its peaceful and gets the evening sun. It’s a very spacious room and we have a spare room for storage and friends to stay. We are passionate about the earth and wildlife, using natural cleaning products and materials in the house aswell as having many plants. We’re looking for someone who likes to keep the shared spaces clean and be respectful regarding noise.
