Spacious Single Room

Hi, myself and my partner are looking for a quiet, working professional to rent our single room in our 2 bed house on the outskirts of Falmouth (near the football club).

The room includes:
- Single bed
- Wardrobe
- Cube storage unit
- Desk

In the kitchen you will have your own fridge freezer, one cupboard and one shelf in the glass/mug cupboard. You will also be able to use all the pots, pans, plates and utensils.
There is a washing machine and small tumble dryer.
There is an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower as well as a downstairs toilet.

Both me and my partner are in full time work. I have a 3 yr old Dachshund named Theo who loves a play or a cuddle.

Looking for someone who works a full time 9-5 (or close to). My dog stays at home whilst we are at work so please consider this if your job is a work from home role.

This is advertised as a long term rent, I am happy to consider short lets. If you would like the room long term and you would like to change the bed for a double I am happy for you to do that, the room is big enough and I will just store the single bed.
