Cosy Double Room in a Friendly, Relaxed Home 🏡

Hi, I’m Emma! I’m 32 and looking for a lovely person to join our home in Falmouth.

The house is shared with me and one other housemate, so there will be three of us in total. We’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, clean and considerate, and who’d enjoy living in a relaxed, friendly home.

The room

This is a cosy room with a small double bed, making it ideal for one person. It comes furnished with:

* Small double bed
* Chest of drawers
* Built-in cupboard
* Clothes rail
* Wardrobe (if you’d like the extra storage)

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate.

About me

I’m pretty easy-going and love cooking, hiking, sea swims, being outdoors, anything creative, music and keeping active. I’m just as happy heading out for an adventure as I am having a cosy evening watching a film on the projector or sharing a meal after work.

I’m vegetarian, so another veggie would be a bonus, but it’s definitely not essential!

This isn’t a party house, but it’s a sociable one. We all enjoy our own space, but it’s nice to have a chat at the end of the day or occasionally share dinner or a film.

The house

* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
* Dining room with an extra sofa
* Separate cosy living room with a large L-shaped sofa, armchairs and projector for movie nights
* Garden (currently a little wild!)—if you’re green-fingered and fancy growing some flowers or veg, I’d absolutely love that
* Garage/storage space for bikes, surfboards or other bits and pieces
* On-street parking

I often spend a few days at a time away visiting my partner on the North Coast, so there are times when the house feels extra peaceful.

The house is around a 15-minute walk into Falmouth town and has easy access to both Falmouth and Penryn.

I’m looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room—someone who’ll help keep the place clean and tidy and enjoy being part of a welcoming household.
