Fantastic central location.
Ten minutes walk into town, Falmouth town station, the BEACH and very close to a great little hidden gourmet restaurant/cafe and a pub overlooking the sea.
Next to bus stop to main campus and close to Woodlane campus if any mature students or post grads interested.

Mainly take professionals but sometimes accept a mature or post graduate student.
All currently professionals.

Lovely sheltered south west facing sunny garden with beautiful garden furniture for alfresco dining and BBQ’s

Prefer people who don’t work from home but happy to consider all. (Small surcharge)

Free Parking which is much easier than most areas in central Falmouth! Normally within a few minutes of house.

Water, Utilities, Council tax, tv licence and internet are all included. Small winter surcharge added if appropriate.
I used to share the house with lodgers but now only stay from time to time.
