This is a cheerful, well-furnished room, with a green outlook. There is generous storage, 4ft bed and a TV. We share the use of the kitchen/dining area inclusive of laundry. There is an extra WC with basin downstairs. All bills included.
The house is located in a quiet green area in a friendly neighbourhood. It has a private, peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
I'm retired but have a busy life including travel and local camping in my campervan. I enjoy being outdoors and the easy access to long walks from the area.
There is a 10min walk to the beach, 20min to the town centre and near all public transport inc. e-bikes. Shops 2min away.
The situation best suits a full-time working person / 3rd year / Master's student. I'd look to confidently leave the house in your care when I am away. Date to start rental and duration is flexible.
