Self Contained Chalet ( Single Occupancy)

The accommodation available is a self contained fully furnished Chalet in the garden of our family home available from the 31st August 2026 .
The chalet is totally self contained but can only be accessed through our family home, so this must be considered by any applicants.
Not a problem in the past as we are a friendly couple who enjoy meeting new people, so passing through our living area has been more of a positive than a negative in the past. The photos show our family cat ( no longer with us ) but no pets allowed in the chalet but we do have a very friendly Old Tyme Bulldog called Ellie in our home.
We are situated in a prime location in Falmouth, walking distance to our local beaches ( 10 mins ) Falmouth-Truro Train Station ( 2 mins ) Bus stop outside our main house. Convenience store & Garage are also walking distance and short walk to the centre of Falmouth Town ( 10 mins )
The chalet has a bed sit set up with a small double bed ( SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY) ample wardrobe storage & sofa in one room & TV. Separate fully fitted kitchen with all white goods including washing machine, fridge freezer electric cooker & microwave. It has a very small but well presented shower room with saniflo toilet.
It has a decked area in front of the chalet for your own personal use.
Wifi available ( not super fast ) and included but you are liable for Council Tax( Band A ) Single Occupancy Discount which currently stands at approximately £107 per month over 12 months. However if you are a student you may be exempt but please check with your local authority to clarify this. Electric is included during April-October but depending on usage a small contribution may be asked for during the winter months but water bills are included.
Preferably full time employed professionals may apply or mature students PhD or Marine College but no applicants working remotely from home.
