The house is in a fantastic location, elevated above the coastal village of Flushing, and is not near any busy roads, is in a quiet residential area, and the beach is only 15 minutes walk. There are 2 pubs, a restaurant, great coastal walks and bus or ferry service over to Falmouth.

The room is a medium size, has a single bed, built in storage shelves and desk, with views over the Penryn river towards Falmouth. The semi-detached house has a garden, and terrace.

The lodger has use of the spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room for cooking and eating. The landlord has a separate sitting room.

Looking for a quiet, amenable person, who will look after their room and respect the house. the other lodger, and the part-time live-in landlord. 10 mins. drive to Penryn, or Public transport; (bus no. 69 from Falmouth & Penryn, to Flushing village and back, last bus back at 5.30 pm. bus stop 3 mins. walk from house).
