The house is in a fantastic location, elevated above the coastal village of Flushing, and is not near any busy roads, is in a quiet residential area, and Flushing beach is only 15 minutes walk. There are 2 pubs, a restaurant, great coastal walks, and bus or ferry service over to Falmouth/Penryn.

The room has a single bed, built in storage shelves and desk, with fantastic views over the Penryn river towards Falmouth and Penryn. The semi-detached house has a good sized garden.

The lodger has use of the shared open-plan kitchen/dining room for cooking and eating. The landlord has a separate sitting room, to retain a degree of privacy.

Looking for a quiet, amenable person, who will look after their room and respect the house. the other lodger, and the part-time live-in landlord. 10 mins. drive to Penryn, or Public transport; (bus no. 69 from Falmouth & Penryn, to Flushing village and back, last bus back at 5.30 pm. bus stop 3 mins. walk from house).
