Modern house with new CH system. Mature candidate please. Bus to St. Austell ten min. walk. Trains from Par to Waterloo/Penzance twenty mins by bus. Commute to Truro forty mins, Plymouth 30 mins. St. Austell 15 mins. Limited garage space. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Live in landlord. I enjoy eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle (sometimes). I like to get out and socialise in the day but stay in of an evening. Bring your own music, my collection of CDs is limited. I don’t sail anymore but still tinker with outboards and lawnmowers.
