The property is just a 5 minute walk away from Fowey town centre, and is very close to local bus stops. The Co-Op is also just a 10 minute walk away.
The house is currently lived in by myself (Becky)- a 26 year old nursery practitioner working full time, and my very friendly cat Thor- Please note I won't be able to accept a tenant bringing a cats/dogs with them due to having a cat already who likes his own space.
Looking for a clean, reliable and professional/working person ideally a similar age to myself to keep the house a balanced and happy space with someone I can get on well with.
