Self contained room outside in a peaceful rural cottage setting not far from the coast.

Double-bed, mains electric and small wood-fired stove.

Access to shared kitchen/bathroom/washing & drying facilities on site.

Some experience of alternative living in small spaces through UK winter probably/possibly helpful while being respectful of privacy.

Water, Electric and WiFi included. Have access to decent affordable firewood locally but lodger will have to source/pay for their own supply of wood for the stove.
