Large Furnished Double Room to Rent

I’m tentatively considering renting out my spare room on a short-term basis of between 1 and 3 months, and I’m looking for the right person rather than rushing into anything. I’m quite protective of my home, so finding someone who is respectful, clean, considerate and a good fit is really important to me.

The room is spacious and furnished with:

• Double bed
• Bedside tables
• Wardrobe
• Dresser
• TV
• Plenty of additional space for a desk or similar

The house has two friendly dogs, including a young puppy, so you would need to genuinely like dogs and be comfortable with them being part of everyday life. They are friendly and affectionate, but obviously there can be the occasional bit of puppy chaos! (They do not go in the spare room)

You would have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom (one main bathroom and a WC downstairs) and other communal areas, with one parking space available.

£650 per month including bills
£250 deposit
Short-term let: 1–3 months
One parking space included

I’m not in a rush, and I’d much rather find someone who feels like a good fit for the home than simply fill the room quickly.
