Double room for rent

The room is spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dresser and TV, with plenty of space if you’d like to add a desk.

I have two friendly dogs, including a puppy, so you’ll need to genuinely like dogs and be happy having them around (they don’t go in the spare room!).

You’ll have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, downstairs WC and living areas, plus one parking space.

£600 per month (all bills included)
£150 deposit
Short-term let: up to 6 months
One parking space included
