Small garden chalet for rent

-Shared kitchen and upstairs bathroom shared with us in house

-Extra toilet downstairs in kitchen accessible across the garden from the chalet

-Smoking ok in garden only

-I have a small dog who loves the garden also.. she's not keen on small dogs so would prefer no other pets

-I work and my 15 year old son is at college-we live in the house so we would all share the kitchen and bathroom

-Space to park and can access chalet via garden without having to come through house

-Bills included but will review after a month or so in case use is higher than anticipated in which case I may ask for an extra contribution

-Would like one month and a deposit up front. -Wifi and electric in chalet

-14ftx10ft ( I think )
-Would consider couple but would increase price
