Double room for rent. Option to rent 2 rooms for a higher cost if you need extra space for work / office / storage or whatever

The extra room is smaller with lots of storage. If interested, please let me know and I’ll provide pictures

The house is lovely, spacious, clean, furnished and finished to a high standard. Lovely fire place in the living room, kitchen well equipped, good washing machine and drier, dishwasher, breakfast bar

Garden has an outdoor shower, hot tub, and pull up bar

Will be sharing with myself - I’m not around the house too much, and I often stay in the summer house at the bottom of the garden so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself! I’m a relaxed guy who grew up round here, I work remotely and im in to keeping fit, getting outdoors and stuff like that

The house is walking distance to Lidl, Boots, M&S & Hayle town and train station. Lidl and m&s are just round the corner, town is about a 15 minute walk, and the beach is right out of the back garden about 5 minutes over a field :)
