Lovely furnished double room available in a comfortable 3-bedroom home in Hayle.

You'll be sharing with me (41), my daughter (7), and Lily, our lovely spaniel. We're a friendly, relaxed little household and I'm looking for someone kind, clean and easy-going who'd be comfortable living in a family home.

The room has a double bed, drawers/storage and a large cupboard, with shared use of the rest of the house including the kitchen, living/dining areas, bathroom, downstairs WC and garden.

Parking is available - there's usually plenty of on-road parking, with space partly on the gravelled area if the road is busy, so you'll always have somewhere to park.

We're in a quiet residential area, well located for Hayle, the beaches, St Ives and the A30.

£600 pcm including bills for single occupancy. Couples welcome at £700 pcm including bills.

Unfortunately we can't accommodate additional pets, simply because another animal may unsettle Lily in her home.

It's not a party house, but it is a warm, relaxed and sociable home, and we'd love someone who'd feel at home here rather than simply renting a bedroom.

Just a note on the photos: these were taken while I was Airbnb-ing the house, hence why everything looks ridiculously perfect 😂 It's a normal, lived-in family home day-to-day with clutter, toys etc!
