Small double room to rent in my terraced cottage in Heamoor with me and my cat.
The house is in a set of ten cottages set around a path, so it's lovely and quiet to sit out in the courtyard. There is on street parking nearby.
The room is furnished, and is nice and bright, especially on a morning.
The house has a small courtyard at the front full of plants, and shared use of the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
It's a short walk or a bus into Penzance.
I am a jeweller and I work in Penzance, I'm usually quite quiet when I'm at home but up for socializing sometimes with drinks, dinner or a games night.
All bills are included in the £500 rent a month.
