Close to the village center. A very peaceful place to live, within 2 miles of coast and the popular surf beach of Portreath and Tehidy woods.

We are a married couple with two children working abroad and 2 Dogs.

The A30 and train station are a 5-minute drive away and we are also just a 1-minute walk from the Bus route to either Redruth, Camborne, Falmouth or Truro

The communal areas which would be shared by the tenant and the existing family include:

Large kitchen with separate utility (inc dishwasher, washing machine, airier and drier) and separate toilet

Very large living room ./. Dining room also with a modern TV system

There is a bathroom upstairs that would be shared by tenants with a rota for morning use and cleaning.

A Good sized Garden with a small decked area, and pond.

Parking provided.

Good Wi-Fi is accessible across the whole house with fiber optic connection speeds. The room has Sky Q with Netflix.

I'm sorry that you do not take anybody on housing benefit due to being taken advantage of in the past unless you have a guarantor.

The price is based on a single person, for a couple sharing room, there is a 33% increase in the rent.
