Hi Im Dan im advertising a spacious double room with double bed, in a detached house i live here with my sweet natured staffy, i have ticked ensuit but it will be your own bathroom not connected to bedroom, you will have your own lounge if wanted, use of a newly built utility, own driveway access to garage , suntrap patio, large mature garden ,greenhouse , lovely neighbours , looking for somebody kind and to feel at home, im about to have one wall in the bedroom plastered in the next week (hence no picture of it as yet. Half a mile from the A30 and Kingsley village, bus stop 100 yards away, Newquay 8 miles, 12/14 miles to Truro, padstow 13 miles
