Fully furnished house with all amenities included, washer dryer, sky TV, brilliant WiFi etc. I'm a really chilled live in landlady and have very loveable cat and a very friendly and polite german shepherd so must be ok with pets please. A really comfy and genuinely nice quiet place to live. 30 mins from dartmoor and 30 mins to the beach. Last housemate has been here for over 18 months.
